Role & responsibilities Lead, train and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Collaborate with different organizations, industries, residential or commercial places for getting Security and housekeeping contracts. Educate employees on security awareness, policies and procedures through training programs and communication initiatives. To supervise the staff at their duty places. Emergency management. Event Management Preferred candidate profile Ex serviceman having min 10 years of experience in managing a security agency providing security and other services in different sectors as industries, commercials and residential places Experience in security management, law enforcement or the armed forces, with a strong understanding of security principles and practices.
