Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doDocusign is looking for a highly qualified, hands-on SDET Manager with people management experience to lead our Quality Engineering practice across enterprise SaaS platforms, including Salesforce, Oracle ERP, MuleSoft integrations, and UIPath workflow automation. This leader will drive an AI-first quality strategy, architect and scale automation frameworks, and manage a diverse, globally distributed SDET team to ensure performance, reliability, and consistency across the end-to-end digital and direct customer journey.The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in test automation, proven experience building and developing high-performing engineering teams, and a strategic mindset focused on improving release velocity, system resilience, and overall customer experience. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business Operations to ensure seamless delivery, proactive defect prevention, and continuous improvement across the SDLC.This position is a people manager role reporting to the Director of IT Application Productivity Engineering.
Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end test strategy across Salesforce, Oracle, MuleSoft, and UIPath automation workflows
- Implement AI-assisted test scenario generation, root cause analysis, and intelligent defect detection
- Architect and scale test automation frameworks for UI, API, data validation, integration, system, performance, and regression testing
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable releases
- Directing the end-to-end customer journey quality strategy leads validation across lead-to-cash, customer support, revenue operations, renewals, fulfillment, and operational workflows
- Own the digital end-to-end workflow lifecycle including business process automation, orchestration logic, and cross-system data governance
- Ensure consistency and reliability across connected platforms and applications supporting customer and internal user experiences
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams early in design to enforce shift-left quality
- Lead release readiness governance, including defect triage, risk assessments, and go/no-go alignment
- Drive continuous improvements across test effectiveness, defect leakage, environment stability, and cycle time KPIs

Basic
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce, MuleSoft API integrations, and Oracle ERP business flows
- Automation proficiency such as Playwright, RestAssured / Postman, Python /UIPath
- CI/CD integration such as Github Advanced Action
- Familiarity with observability, telemetry, test data management, and environment provisioning
- Exposure to AI/ML-based testing accelerators and generative quality tooling
- 5+ years of experience of managing the SDET or Software Engineers
Preferred
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse global team of SDETs, fostering performance excellence, continuous learning, and psychological safety
- Ability to drive hiring, coaching, skill development, performance evaluations, and career growth planning
- Ability to align resourcing, vendor/offshore capacity models, and team structure to match business priorities and delivery timelines
