Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and design solutions.
- Act as internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solution, working with Business Partners.
- Develop, prototype, test, and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives.
- Review and analyze solution enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates.
- Responsible for SAP Order to Cash, rebates & chargebacks and report to ZICC Product Lead or Product Owner.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.
- Good understanding of SAP ERP/S4HANA systems with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency.

Solution Design & Implementation
40%
- Rollouts of SAP Treasury modules. Ensure operational efficiency and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Testing, Optimization, Compliance
20%
- Ensure Testing-Quality Assurance, Process Optimization-Automation, Reporting-Analytics, and Governance-Compliance.
Integration and WRICEF Delivery
20%
- Proficiency in delivering WRICEF objects, ensuring seamless cross-functional integration and efficient integration with external systems for streamlined business processes.
Team Leadership and Development
20%
- Lead and manage the team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals. Provide mentorship to team members fostering their growth, skill development, and seamless integration.
Organizational Relationships
This position requires collaboration with the following groups as part of regular responsibilities:
- Interacting with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Participate in project planning activities, risk assessment, and scheduling for SAP projects.
- Interacting with external vendors or partners who provide software or services that need to be integrated with SAP systems.
- Work with implementation partners who may be responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within Zoetis IT landscape.
- Coordinate with developers and other members of the development team to implement integration solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.
Education and Experience
Education (Required):
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience (Required):
- 12+ years of combined SAP O2C experience with multiple full life cycle implementations.
- Experience in life sciences/pharmaceuticals industry preferred.
- Experience in SAP HANA/Vistex Modules/CRM/Hybris/Salesforce is preferred.
- Domain expertise in Commercial Processes and solutions, Order Management, and integration with upstream planning and downstream logistics processes.
- Solid grasp of indirect sales processing.
- Knowledge and experience with Bio Device, Diagnostics device and service processes.
- Experience with GATP, GTS, DMR, and Vistex.
- Experience with key integration areas in Planning, Intercompany Sales, Finance, and Logistics.
- Demonstrated experience in various IT practices and international projects including project management, operational service delivery, and large project implementations.
- Experience participating in complex SAP implementation and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.
Technical Skills Requirements
- Identify, propose, and influence technology solutions to build and maintain optimal data and infrastructure architecture to support reporting requirements.
- Experience configuring SAP ECC 6.0, CS, and SD modules in areas including:
- Master Data, Equipment, Material Serial profile, Functional Location, Warranties
- Service Notification, Service Order, Sales Order ATP process
- Pricing, Resource Related Billing (RRB), Periodic and Milestone billing
- Customer Leasing and Finance Integration
- Variant configuration knowledge is a plus
- SM/CS integration with CRM tools such as SFDC
- O2C User Exits experience and ability to direct ABAP developers. Debugging skills as needed
- Extensive experience configuring SAP ECC/S/4 SD modules in areas including:
- Master Data, Customer Hierarchy
- Pricing, Vistex, Rebates & Chargebacks
- Taxation (Country Specific)
- Order Management, Services Management
- Billing and Account Receivables
- Deduction and Collection Management
- EDI, Batch Management, Serial Number Management
Physical Position Requirements
- Regular working hours:
3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift)
- Additional EST time zone overlap may be required during production go-live periods.
