Manager, SAP O2C Diagnostics

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and design solutions.
• Act as internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solution, working with Business Partners.
• Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives.
• Review and analyze solution enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates.
• Responsible for SAP Order to Cash, Devices Equipment and report to ZICC Product Lead or Product Owner.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP/S4HANA systems with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
• Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency.

Organizational Relationships

• Interacting with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Participate in project planning activities, risk assessment, and scheduling for SAP projects.
• Interacting with external vendors or partners who provide software or services that need to be integrated with SAP systems.
• Work with implementation partners who may be responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within Zoetis IT landscape.
• Coordinate with developers and other members of the development team to implement integration solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.

Education and Experience

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 12+ years of combined SAP O2C experience with multiple full life cycle implementations.
• Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals industry preferred.
• Experience in Service management and warranties required.
• Experience in SAP HANA CS, CRM/Hybris is preferred.
• Domain Expertise in Commercial Processes and solutions, Order Management, Services Management, repairs & warranties processes, integration with logistics processes.
• Solid grasp of indirect sales processing.
• Knowledge and experience with Bio Device, Diagnostics device and service processes and warehouse management required to support all team leads.
• Experience with GATP, GTS, DMR and Vistex.
• Experience with dealing with key integration areas in Planning, Intercompany sales, Finance, and Logistics are fundamental.
• Demonstrated experience of various IT practices, international projects, including but not limited to project management, operational service delivery, large project implementations.
• Experience participating in complex SAP implementation and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.

Technical Skills Requirements

• Identify, propose, and influence technology solutions to build and maintain the optimal data and infrastructure architecture to support the reporting requirements.
• Experience with configuration of SAP ECC 6.0, CS, and SD modules in several or all of the following areas:
• Master Data, Equipment sales and servicing
• Material Serial profile, Functional Location and Warranties
• Service Notification and Service Order
• Pricing & Taxation
• Resource Related Billing (RRB)
• Periodic and Milestone billing
• Customer Leasing and integration with Finance
• Demand Planning, IC billing
• Working knowledge of SM/CS integration with CRM tools such as SFDC
• Hands-on experience in identifying and working through O2C User Exits and directing ABAP developers. Ability to debug as needed.
• Extensive experience with configuration of SAP ECC/S4 SD modules in several or all the following areas:
• Master Data, Customer Hierarchy
• Pricing, Vistex, Rebates & Chargebacks
• Taxation Country-specific
• Order Management, Services Management
• Billing and Account Receivables
• Deduction and Collection Management
• EDI, API-based integrations to 3rd Party Systems and applications
• Batch Management & Serial Number Management
