Job Description

As a member of the technology team at Pfizer, you will play a vital role in implementing impactful and innovative technology solutions across all functions, from research to manufacturing. By digitizing drug discovery and development, identifying solutions, and making work easier and faster, you will directly impact countless lives. Your dedication and hard work will be instrumental in helping Pfizer achieve new milestones and make a positive impact on patients worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review and analyze SAP GTS enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates. - Lead small SAP GTS projects and contribute as a team member in large cross-functional projects. - Develop project plans and be responsible for the full project cycle from requirement gathering to post go-live support. - Collaborate with other Solution teams on cross-functional efforts and assist in deployment of new projects. - Manage, revise, and maintain SAP GTS system solution documentation. - Develop end user training material and transfer knowledge to team members, users, and stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR Masters degree with 2+ years of relevant experience. - Hands-on experience with SAP GTS configuration. - At least 1 full life cycle SAP GTS HANA implementation project experience. - Business knowledge in Import/Export processes, Restricted Party Screening, Trade Preference processing, and Import/Export compliance licenses and regulations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. - Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of management. - Excellent organization and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Requirements:** - Prior experience of at least 2+ full life cycle projects implementing SAP GTS HANA solution with integration to SAP ECC or S4 systems. - Experience with SAP S4 SD configuration. - Business process knowledge, especially in Sales and Distribution and Inter-company area. - Management consulting experience preferred. - Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Commercial and supply chain area.
