You will be joining Mode Retails Sales and Marketing Pvt Ltd., the company behind the renowned brand "PRABHU SHRIRAM- INCENSE WITH A STORY" established in 2019. The brand offers a range of incense sticks and natural incense-based products that are distributed nationwide and internationally through E-Commerce, General Trade, Modern Trade, Exports, and Institutional Sales channels. The products are characterized by being 100% Charcoal Free, Chemical Free, Eco Friendly, and Health Friendly, featuring fragrances that draw inspiration from nature. As a full-time Manager-Sales focusing on General and Modern Trade, your responsibilities will revolve around various aspects of business planning, sales operations, customer service, and communication within the FMCG segment that specializes in incense sticks and natural incense-based products. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, effective business planning abilities, excellent communication skills, a customer service orientation, expertise in sales operations, and a proven track record of successful sales management. Additionally, knowledge of the incense or FMCG industry will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is also required for this position.,
