Job Summary:

CPI Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and onboard clients for

  CPI-based user acquisition campaigns

  across domestic and international markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with app developers, agencies, and ad networks globally.
• Identify advertiser requirements, pitch tailored CPI and CPA solutions, and close high-value deals.
• Work closely with internal delivery and account management teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Negotiate pricing, targeting, and campaign terms to maximize profitability.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitive landscape, and mobile app performance marketing best practices.
• Track and report on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and pipeline health.

Requirements:

• 25 years of experience in

  CPI sales

  , business development, or mobile app marketing.
• Strong understanding of the mobile performance marketing ecosystem (iOS & Android).
• Demonstrated success in selling CPI campaigns to both domestic and international clients.
• Existing network of advertisers or publishers in the mobile app space is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with tracking platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch ) and ad fraud prevention tools.
• Ability to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously and work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of vertical-specific strategies (e.g., Igaming, fintech, utility, shopping apps).
• Knowledge of traffic sources including media buying, influencer, and SDK traffic.
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
