You will be working for one of ANSR's clients, Visy, a family-owned Australian business and a global leader in sustainable packaging, recycling, and logistics. With operations across 150 sites worldwide and a dedicated workforce of over 7,000 employees, Visy is at the forefront of sustainable packaging solutions. As Australia and New Zealand's largest manufacturer of food and beverage packaging from household recycling, Visy plays a pivotal role in processing 40% of Australian households" recycling. Additionally, Visy offers support to customers in logistics, packaging supplies, point of sale displays, and more. At Visy India's technology hub in Hyderabad, the company is expanding its technical capabilities to support its global operations. As the Lead of the RPA Centre of Excellence (CoE), your primary responsibilities will include setting the strategic direction, governance, and operating model for the CoE. You will be responsible for owning and administering the Automation Anywhere Control Room across all environments, defining and enforcing automation standards, coding best practices, and development methodologies. Your role will involve providing technical leadership to RPA developers, overseeing the end-to-end development process, and leading the resolution of complex technical issues. Additionally, you will conduct architecture and design reviews, maintain detailed platform documentation, and stay updated on emerging technologies to evaluate their application in automation programs. Key Technical Skills required for this role include having a minimum of 8 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in RPA architecture and platform leadership. Certification and experience in Automation Anywhere A360 are essential, with knowledge of Blue Prism or UiPath considered a plus. You should have proven experience in enterprise-level automation architecture, a deep understanding of Automation Anywhere Control Room, and proficiency in SQL for querying bot logs, auditing, and reporting. Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills are crucial for this role. Lastly, you should have the ability to evaluate new technologies and incorporate them into the CoE strategy to drive innovation and efficiency in automation programs.,
