Manager - Real Estate and Expansion

As a Bengaluru-based seafood company, Licious is on a mission to delight customers with fresh meat and seafood. We are looking for someone to join us in the role of driving our retail business expansion. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be responsible for leading the growth ambitions of the company by overseeing the expansion of retail business and scouting locations for offline stores. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute to cross-functional work teams with Strategy, Marketing, and Operations - Identify and evaluate retail locations based on brand fit, target demographics, and market demand - Develop relationships with real estate developers and property management firms - Negotiate and finalize LLAs with property owners for new openings and renewals - Collaborate with various teams to execute the pre-opening phase of new business units - Ensure timely opening of stores as per the committed cost and quality plan **Qualifications Required:** - High school diploma or equivalent - 10-15 years of experience in property scouting and business development - Experience in acquiring retail spaces and driving market expansion - End-to-end real estate strategy knowledge - Familiarity with the retail industry If you believe you have what it takes to be a part of our team at Licious, we look forward to hearing from you.,
