Manager Proposals

We are looking for a Manager Proposal who will be responsible for preparing ETS software proposals for the mid-stream Oil & Gas Industry by analyzing RFQ and customer requirements. Your role will involve handling Mid-stream Pipeline & Process concepts, interpreting tender requirements, and having knowledge of the complete Tender & Proposal Process. You should be able to analyze customer requirements, understand the right product offering, and have knowledge of solution offerings and other automation interfaces. Additionally, you will be expected to decipher the enquiry, highlight advantageous points and loading points to sales, and prepare optimum techno-commercial offers to meet deadlines. You should be proactive, able to multitask, respond quickly and critically in fast-paced situations, and seek input from pertinent sources to make well-informed decisions. Having a go-getter attitude, being motivated to perform as per expectations, and effectively aligning with internal customers are crucial aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you will need experience in preparing proposals for software applications like ERP and Engineering Software. Knowledge of software applications in Oil & Gas, chemical, petrochemical, refining, and process industries is essential. You should be able to work as an individual contributor, collaborate with internal collaborators, work with minimal direction, and deliver despite ambiguity and lack of available information. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), good communication skills in a multinational work culture, and detailed knowledge of the tender & proposal process are important. Preferred qualifications that will set you apart include an Engineering Degree or equivalent experience and 5-7 years of experience in proposals in the software industry.
