We're Hiring: Manager Programming Strategy (Quant) | Star Maa | Hyderabad

In this role, you will:

• Analyze weekly BARC ratings, show performance, and competition strategies.
• Identify reasons for growth or decline across own shows and competitors.
• Develop weekly GRP projections and contribute to AOP ratings forecasts.
• Collaborate with the BARC team to investigate anomalies and validate data accuracy.
• Track audience shifts across TV and digital platforms (including JHS).
• Partner with the Social Listening team to monitor buzz, sentiment, and online conversations.
• Provide data-driven insights to support programming, scheduling, and slotting.
• Blend quantitative data with qualitative insights to make strategic recommendations.
• Explore emerging formats, platforms, and audience engagement trends
• Telugu Language Proficiency is mandatory.
