We offer comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, automation solutions, software, and services catering to diverse segments, including homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry. This position will be for Vadodara factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) Role & responsibilities 1. Overall responsibility of MCCB manufacturing. 2. Process documentation (SOP/document management) ,handle trouble shooting effectively, Change management/ New Process development & implementation. 3. Technical support to ensure smooth functioning of production. 4. Quality improvement using problem solving tool. Preferred candidate profile Preferably from switchgear/automotive industries with key skill in: Good process knowledge in assembly, jigs/fixture & component manufacturing. Good exposure to SOP Management, process improvement using six sigma methodology, PFMEA, design change management, SAP-ERP etc. 1. Working knowledge in SAP, Exposure to PFMEA, Six sigma 2. Product manufacturing process & its control 3. Mfg. experience in welding, brazing, designing of jigs/fixtures
