Manager - Planning

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a galvanized steel structural factory and possess the following skills and responsibilities: - Proficiency in various steel standards such as IS, ASTM, BSEN, ISO, and ensuring compliance with these standards. - Ability to read and interpret structural drawings accurately. - Preparation of Bill of Materials/Bill of Quantities based on project requirements and drawings. - Initiating the steel procurement process and implementing steel economizing techniques. - Coordinating client inspections at re-rollers premise. - Liaising with raw material suppliers (re-rollers) for seamless operations. - Managing job and steel distribution to vendors for structure fabrication. - Reconciling issued steel for fabrication purposes. - Overseeing the galvanization process to meet client's specifications for inspection. - Preparing for finished goods inspection and compiling report data. - Collaborating with the project team for the final delivery of structures. The incumbent should be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent coordination and communication skills to ensure the successful completion of projects in a galvanized steel structural factory setting.,
