Manager Placements

As a Deputy Manager/Manager Placements, your role involves driving placement initiatives for online learners in a fast-paced Edtech ecosystem with a focus on successful placement of students, particularly in Management and IT courses. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing an effective placement strategy for online students of all degree and certification courses. - Ensuring the successful conduction of regular and timely placement drives, with a deep focus on Management and IT programs. - Conducting employability assessments and learner workshops to enhance the overall employability quotient of interested students. - Profiling students to understand their backgrounds and categorizing them to bring relevant job opportunities from various domains. - Conducting orientation sessions for placement readiness for every upcoming batch/cohort. - Connecting with learners regularly to keep their preparation warm and ensure their readiness for opportunities. - Coordinating and organizing online career fairs at least once every six months. - Creating dashboards to track placement-related activities, maintain accurate placement records, and generate reports. - Nurturing the existing client base, adding new clients to the database, and collecting success stories and testimonials from placed candidates. - Collaborating with the marketing and content team to create assets for key placement-related highlights. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a college/university/Edtech setup anchoring learners" placement. - Experience in conducting and reviewing employability skill assessments. - Strong connections with potential recruiters and the ability to engage learners. - Experience in placements in management programs is beneficial. - Experience in placements in emerging technologies like Data Science, AI, ML, DevOps, Fullstack is desirable. - Excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of using any placement management portal like Superset would be an added advantage. - PG Degree in Management is an added advantage.
