Manager Placements

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving placement initiatives for online learners with a focus on Management and IT courses in a fast-paced Edtech ecosystem. Your role involves developing and implementing effective placement strategies, conducting regular placement drives, and enhancing learners" employability through assessments and workshops. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective placement strategy for online students across various degree and certification courses. - Ensure regular and timely placement drives, with a focus on Management and IT programs. - Conduct employability assessments and learner workshops to improve overall employability. - Profile students from different courses to match them with relevant job opportunities. - Conduct orientation sessions for placement readiness for each batch. - Coordinate online career fairs biannually. - Create dashboards to track placement activities and maintain accurate records. - Nurture existing client relationships and acquire new clients. - Collect success stories and testimonials from placed candidates. - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create assets for placement highlights. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in learners" placement within a college, university, or Edtech setup. - Experience in conducting and reviewing employability skill assessments. - Strong connections with potential recruiters and ability to engage learners. - Experience in placements within management programs is advantageous. - Knowledge of placements in emerging technologies like Data Science, AI, ML, DevOps, Fullstack is desirable. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with placement management portals like Superset is a plus. - PG Degree in Management is preferred.,
