Senior Manager - Overseas Education Role. About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Manager -Overseas Education to join our team and lead the counselling process for students aspiring to study abroad. The ideal candidate should have strong industry associations, proven team management skills, and deep knowledge of multiple countries visa and admission procedures. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Counselling: Guide students through the entire admission and visa process for countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and Europe. Lead Management: Ensure effective follow-ups, tracking, and conversion of each lead with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Team Handling: Manage and mentor a small team (2-3 members), ensuring performance, motivation, and knowledge sharing. Associate Coordination: Maintain strong working relationships with key partners and associates like KC, SI-UK, IDP, and university representatives. Documentation Oversight: Review student documentation including SOPs, LORs, and financials, ensuring readiness for visa filing. Sales & Target Focused: Work towards monthly conversion targets and ensure consistent business contribution.
