Job Description

As the Performance Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end process excellence and performance management in a global procurement setting. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing and executing global procurement processes to ensure consistency across all business units and regions. - Implementing best-in-class procurement practices to align with business objectives and strategies. - Delivering efficient processes and technology to support channel and category strategies effectively. - Defining technology requirements and roadmap for process areas, collaborating with the Digital Strategy team. - Developing a balanced scorecard to track procurement performance and progress against key metrics. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and process standardization. - Ensuring compliance with internal control policies and procurement procedures through user-friendly solutions and collaboration with IT and Compliance functions. Qualifications required for this role are: - Masters degree with 8 to 12 years of procurement process management experience OR - Bachelors degree with 10 to 14 years of procurement process management experience Must-have skills for this role include: - Designing and deploying global procurement processes aligned with business objectives. - Developing balanced scorecards to track procurement performance. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and standardization. - Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and internal control policies. Good-to-have skills: - Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. - Experience with analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI. - Familiarity with Global Procurement e-Sourcing and CLM Tools. Professional certification preferred: - Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant or equivalent Soft skills required for this role: - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in global, virtual teams. - Comfort in navigating ambiguity. - High degree of initiative and self-motivation. - Effective management of multiple priorities. - Team-oriented with a focus on achieving team goals. - Proficiency in influencing and Change Management skills.,
