PCB Testing & Repair Shift In-charge

I.

Testing Engineer is in charge to assist testing team to get high-quality functional products, and accountable for smooth running of all testing setups. The role aims at ensuring effective and productive testing process.

• Analyzing results and identifying the Root Cause of Malfunction.
• To measure and control yield and improve performance of ATE setups.
• Provide and ensure skill training and competence development in testing Function.
• To identify, initiate and motivate the team to drive the improvement activities and build up a culture of continuous improvement in the testing process/systems.
• To constantly tune the process in order to improve yield and quality levels of PCB.
• To provide support to engineering function in process/machine/infrastructure maintenance practices through better planning and execution of the preventive (including the calibration of the machines and systems) and breakdown maintenances. Also, to secure no production stoppage on account of the maintenance aspects.

Qualification & Skill Sets:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Engineering.
• Strong knowledge in PCB testing using automated tester, ICT and FPT.
• Highly proficient in troubleshooting .
• Skilled in applying problem-solving techniques such as 5-Why, 8D, and Fishbone analysis.
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols, including MODBUS TCP/IP, CAN, RS485, and RS232, SPI.

II.

• Relevant manufacturing/ engineering degree.
• Minimum 8~10 Years in electrical and electronics products manufacturing.
• Should have lead experience power electronics product testing processes.
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Engineering.
