Manager - P&C Insurance

As a Manager in P&C Insurance, your primary responsibility will be to review insurance applications, loss control reports, and actuarial studies to evaluate the risk associated with selected properties. You will need to assess accident and claims history, property value, and other relevant factors in order to determine appropriate coverage and premiums for each policy. In this role, you will underwrite policies for property and casualty loss, workers" compensation coverage, products liability, and other insurance purposes. You will also be required to assist agents with the application process, provide guidance on underwriting policies and procedures, and recommend any necessary changes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing quotes and reports for agents, as well as maintaining precise records of underwriting decisions to ensure accountability and compliance with regulatory standards.
