Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role should be someone who is dependable, data-smart, and quietly ambitious, with a strong focus on clean execution and forward-thinking. As a Total Rewards Lead at Radix, your key responsibilities will involve operational leadership and strategic & analytical contribution. In the operational leadership aspect, you will be responsible for managing monthly inputs, audits, reconciliations, compliance filings, administering employee benefits and insurance programs, handling statutory compliance, and ensuring high-quality documentation and operational rigor. In the strategic & analytical contribution part, you will lead the compensation benchmarking and annual compensation & review cycle, provide robust analytics, reporting, and insights for forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews, continuously improve processes using data, and act as a thought partner in shaping scalable, market-aligned, and employee-friendly total rewards practices. You should have a Master's degree in HR, Total Rewards, or a related field, an excellent grasp of labor law, taxation, and compliance frameworks, strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, accountable, impact-driven, proactive, and possess problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate competencies in compliance & labor law acumen, vendor & stakeholder management, communication, executional rigor, proactivity & problem-solving, and confidentiality & ethics. Success in this role will be defined by employees experiencing clarity, timeliness, and trust in all compensation and benefits processes, key total rewards reports being automated and insightful, smooth and cost-efficient insurance renewals aligned with employee needs, integrated and user-friendly reward-related tools/systems, and being viewed as a reliable go-to for execution, insights, and problem-solving by the Total Rewards Lead.
