Role Overview: As the Nurse Manager of Clinical Operations at our healthcare system, you will embody a commitment to continuous improvement and strive for excellence in all aspects of your work. You will be responsible for the round-the-clock operations of your designated unit(s), ensuring effective care delivery through caregiver engagement, resource management, and accountability for behaviors and actions. Your role will involve assembling and nurturing high-performing caregiver teams, leading them in a dynamic environment, and fostering collaborative relationships in line with our strategic plans. Key Responsibilities: - Take accountability for the 24/7 operations of the defined unit(s). - Lead and engage caregivers to deliver effective care. - Efficiently utilize resources and hold others accountable. - Form and develop proficient caregiver teams. - Cultivate collaborative inter-professional relationships to support organizational strategic plans. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. - Oregon Registered Nurse License (to be obtained upon hire). - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (to be obtained upon hire). - Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles. - Master's Degree in a related field.,
