Manager - MIS Planning & Cost Management

Role Overview: As a member of the team, you will drive financial efficiency and automation initiatives within the organization. Your role will involve cost management, finance process automation, process compliance, and handling statutory audits to optimize operational expenses and enhance financial reporting processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize operational expenses - Monitor and analyze cost variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions - Identify opportunities for process automation within the finance function - Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to implement financial automation solutions - Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance financial reporting and streamline workflows - Review audit committee presentations and ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements - Liaise with Product, Operations, Credit, and Collections for audit compliance - Handle NHB Inspection compliance information requirements and process reviews - Project management of internal financial control compliance, including documentation, testing, training, and self-assessment certification - Monitor IFC and ensure GST and MSME compliance - Liaise with Data Science team for automation of finance dashboards - Participate in special projects for process improvement and finance & business transformation Qualification Required: - Graduate / Post Graduate,
