Manager-MEP

Key responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for the overall delivery of MEP design and execution across all project stages for residential and commercial projects in the North region

1. Design & Execution
• Oversee MEP and design across all project stages, ensuring compliance with the National Building Code and relevant standards.
• Provide guidance and resolve execution issues for smooth project delivery.
• Ensure the incorporation of BIM and other design technologies for optimal project outcomes.
2. Material & Technology Expertise
• Stay updated on the latest MEP materials and technology trends.
• Drive innovative, technology-led solutions for design and execution.
3. Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Design, MEP, Site, and Operations, to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with external consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
4. Team Management
• Lead a team of 5-6 direct reports and oversee multiple indirect reports, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience:

• 13+ years of experience in MEP design and execution.
• Strong background in residential and/or commercial projects.
• Hands-on experience with

  BIM

  and software like

  Revit

  is preferred.
• Basic Knowledge of electrical is required, MEP-HVAC, Ventilation, Mechanical includes plumbing and fire fighting

• Skills & Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of MEP systems and design principles.
• Familiarity with the

  National Building Code

  and other relevant standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle cross-functional teams.

• Education:

• BE/BTech

  in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
• Candidates with a diploma followed by a full-time BE/BTech will also be considered.
