1. Digital Marketing Maintaining JH India Website. Work with global website team by providing timely inputs on website content, landing pages, Optimization of relevant content in line with website vision, strategy and goals as per our market. Monitoring of website performance as well as market user analysis Create, maintain and grow social media channels. Develop and implement social media brand strategies, campaigns to build brand/company awareness. Work with Global Digital Marketing team to develop, implement and control SEA activities for JH India aiming at effective web-lead generation and simultaneously development of data-based and performance-oriented evaluation. Keeping landing pages of SEA and SEO optimized with necessary changes as per local website leads (likenew forklifts, forklift hire/ forklift rental” and “used forklifts”). Check & Maintain SEA Performance reports and dashboards regulary and suggest inputs for India to Global digital team. Propose and manage digital marketing budget with approval from MD. Develop and present reports to MD on digital marketing platform performance. 2. Promotions & Advertising Plan, conceptualize and execute industry related trade shows, conferences and organize innovative customer events to achieve business objectives. Coordinate and oversee the marketing, planning, promotion and logistics of the trade shows and events. Develop creative briefs and content to meet objectives of all advertising channels like publications, trade journals, events etc. Brainstorming with business heads and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns Work with APAC marketing team for planning and execution of new product launches Design and implement communication materials for business like Price List, Product Brochures, Flyers, Posters, Banners etc. Create and maintain Annual Marketing Plan and Budget with approval from MD Support sales through generating qualitative leads and managing lead management process Work closely with global and APAC marketing team for effective rollout of all the marketing campaigns and providing them with country reports Roll-out of creative email campaigns for various products and business segments 3. Competitors Tracking Tracking competitors product portfolio and pricing Identify information from online research, relevant agencies and collect appropriate market/competitor information and translate data into effective market intelligence reports Develop market intelligence reports to management team for monitoring competitor activities Marketing News: Identify sources, gather relevant market data/business opportunities, and share with relevant business functions and sales for action 4. Business Development Identifying potential customers/business segments and providing detailed customer profiling reports to business heads Provides insights through presentations and reports to MD/Business Heads effective strategic decision-making and implementation Provide quarterly report to business heads covering business insights and opportunities in their business segments. Approach customers through calls or visits for getting relevant information and presenting JH offerings 5. Branding Responsible for internal and external JH branding To align all JH material (internal / external) wrt to brand guidelines Plan and procure all marketing material, Goodies/Giveaways Responsible for overall branding of warehouse and branches Manage the inventory and printing of all marketing materials 6. Inside Sales Mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to achieve individual and team sales targets. Support the team in identifying high-potential prospects and converting them into long-term customers. Ensure the team is following up on all leads promptly and effectively, tracking activities in the CRM system
