Job Description

Role Overview: As the Team Manager, you will lead and oversee a team of Trade Surveillance Analysts. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating daily activities, motivating and coaching the team for excellence, ensuring SLAs are consistently met, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and managing all pertinent reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Co-ordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of the team - Motivate, coach, and develop the team to achieve excellence in daily deliverables - Ensure key SLAs of the Process are met consistently - Recognize opportunities for improvements and offer proactive ideas and solutions - Encourage team input into procedures and practices, assisting in developing their ideas - Responsible for all pertinent Reporting Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in trade surveillance with 3+ years in a leadership role in a bank, regulator, or similar financial institution - Effective management and leadership skills - Strong knowledge of market abuse behaviors and tactics - Solid understanding of global regulatory frameworks and regulations such as MiFID II, MAR, Dodd-Frank - Proficiency in surveillance tools such as NICE Actimize, Nasdaq, Trading Hub, Reuters, Bloomberg - Exposure to FX, Commodities is beneficial Company Details: Guidehouse offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects their commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.,
