As a Manager - Manufacturing (F/M/D) at Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India, your responsibilities will include managing all manufacturing production processes at the India site. You will be tasked with implementing company policies, ensuring manufacturing performance, volume, and quality goals are met, and overseeing white and blue-collar staff in their day-to-day roles. Additionally, you will be responsible for enforcing defined manufacturing processes, implementing quality control programs, and ensuring the safety of all employees in the manufacturing department. To qualify for this role, you must hold an Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial fields, with a Master's or Management Degree in Operations or Supply Chain being advantageous. You should have at least 15 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry, spanning operations, production, and supply chain. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft versions is required, along with high technical aptitude, interpersonal skills, and a strong grasp of technology. Excellent English communication skills are a must, with proficiency in regional languages such as Hindi and Marathi being preferred.
