Manager (Maintenance)

You will be responsible for managing maintenance activities at Rucha Engineers Pvt Ltd Unit-V in Mahalunge Ingale, Chakan Pune. Your primary responsibilities will include handling electrical and mechanical breakdowns, as well as PLC and robotic programming. Your quick response to breakdowns will be crucial in ensuring minimal downtime. To excel in this role, you should possess a BE in Mechanical Engineering and have 8-10 years of relevant work experience. A strong understanding of ISO, IATF, and VDA 6.3 standards is essential to maintain compliance and quality assurance. As the Manager of Maintenance, you will be accountable for minimizing Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and maximizing Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF). Achieving zero breakdowns and ensuring all legal compliance are also key aspects of your role. Planned preventive maintenance will be under your purview to guarantee the smooth operation of equipment and machinery.
