Job Description

Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the maintenance and engineering team for all hospital systems HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, MGPS, lifts, fire safety, and BMS.
Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure zero downtime.
Manage AMCs, vendors, and statutory compliance (NABH, Fire, Electrical, etc.).
Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, expansion, and renovation projects.
Monitor budgets, energy efficiency, and equipment performance.

Requirements:

9 14 years experience in hospital or facility maintenance operations.
Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple systems.
