Job Description

One who has hands on experience working on property matters, particularly lease, leave and license agreements, laws and litigation thereto.
Ability to draft various documents thereto on his own.
Should have skillset to undertake negotiations on his/her own.
Fully abreast with all the real estate laws, both central and state laws
Can represent before competent authorities in case of dispute.
Can handle litigation in future w.r.t the properties.
Can liase with local police authorities in case of dispute
One who has experience to handle COCO, FOFO, COFO and Management Model and related documentations thereto.

Ability to draft and negotiate are the key skills we are looking in this case.
