Manager / Lead DevOps

As a DevOps Lead at Forvis Mazars, you will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and maintaining Azure DevOps processes, best practices, and strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Deploying and building pipelines to ensure seamless integration and continuous delivery. - Leading the DevOps team towards operational excellence. - Managing the deployment of solutions while ensuring compliance with Global IT Enterprise Architectural standards. - Designing, architecting, developing, deploying, and evolving CI and CD systems for cloud applications. - Writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using industry-standard tools and services. - Automating application deployment using deployment and configuration tools. - Maintaining up-to-date documentation for solutions and providing support for deployed solutions. - Possessing excellent knowledge of cloud concepts and technologies, especially Azure and Microsoft technologies. - Building a continuous delivery process with CI/CD pipelines, version management, automation, and infrastructure as code. - Embracing Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps to enhance efficiency, productivity, and teamwork. - Defining and tracking relevant product metrics and KPIs. - Ensuring scalability and reliability of the Azure DevOps environment. - Enforcing best practices for DevOps within the organization. - Standardizing processes across development, testing, and production environments. - Automating deployment processes using tools like Octopus Deploy. - Managing the full release process.
