We are looking for a Manager - Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. As the Tech Infrastructure Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the technology infrastructure supporting our projects and operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our technology infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute strategies for technology infrastructure planning, design, and deployment in alignment with the company's business objectives and technology roadmap. - Supervise the management of the company's technology infrastructure, covering servers, storage, networks, cloud services, and data centers, to ensure reliability, scalability, and security. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including infrastructure architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational manuals. - Implement best practices for infrastructure management, such as monitoring, maintenance, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. - Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's technology infrastructure. - Manage vendor and service provider relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services at competitive prices. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in infrastructure to incorporate them into projects and operations as needed. **Minimum Qualifications:** Qualifications we seek in you: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. - Required Skills: AWS CDK with Python, AWS security hub. - Experience in managing technology infrastructure in large-scale, complex environments. - Proficiency in infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networks, cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and data centers. - Experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes. - Familiarity with security best practices for infrastructure management, encompassing network security, access control, and encryption. - Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex infrastructure issues and devise effective solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and external vendors. - Enthusiasm for staying updated on the latest technology infrastructure developments and a dedication to continuous learning and professional growth. **Preferred Qualifications/Skills:** Good to have: AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
