Role Overview: As a Manager, Information Technology at Fiserv, you will be part of a delivery team responsible for building the Commerce Hub platform. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze complex processes and technological heterogenic applications - Design and develop microservices for efficient protocol translation and enrichment with reactive design patterns - Develop high throughput and high-volume transaction APIs for omni channel platforms - Develop roadmap and strategies for Client Libraries and SDKs for API products - Lead Engineering pods in Commerce Hub with a focus on delivery - Manage people and elevate team performance Qualifications Required: - Minimum 15 years of experience in Java, GIT, JIRA, Maven, Confluence, Spring framework (Core, MVC, AOP, Java NIO) - Minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot, Reactive programming - Agile methodology experience - Hands-on experience with Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Transactional, and Spring Batch - Experience with databases and code integrations such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL - Expertise in implementing complex full stack solutions in large Enterprise organizations - Experience in AWS - People management experience with talent management, mentoring, and hiring Additional Company Details: Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
