Manager in Operations (Business Analyst)

Role Overview: As a Manager in Operations (Business Analyst) based in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate business processes, anticipate system requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. You will be required to attend meetings, understand regulatory requirements and resultant system changes, lead ongoing reviews of business processes, and develop optimization solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing business requirements in line with regulatory guidelines, documenting and communicating the same to vendors, and effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. You will also gather critical information, work closely with the technical team and the user team, assist the testing team with the system developed and testing scenarios, serve as a liaison between the user team and technology team, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely completion of projects. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in Business / Systems Analysis or a related field.
