Job Description

As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting ERP transformation or migration programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing end-to-end support for ERP transformation or migration programs. - Utilizing structured change methodologies such as PROSCI and ADKAR. - Influencing leadership and managing stakeholders across all organizational levels. - Working in dynamic, multi-stakeholder consulting environments. - Designing and delivering communication, training, and engagement initiatives. To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - 14+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management. - Proven experience in supporting ERP transformation or migration programs. - Strong proficiency in structured change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR). - Ability to influence leadership and manage stakeholders effectively. - Extensive experience in fast-paced consulting environments. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills. Additionally, the following qualifications and skills would be beneficial: - PROSCI Change Management Certification or equivalent. - Experience in the manufacturing industry. - Exposure to multiple industry domains beyond manufacturing. - Familiarity with broader digital transformation programs (e.g., cloud, automation, process optimization).
