Manager I, Construction

Role Overview: You will work as a Construction Manager at Worley, collaborating with the team to deliver projects for clients while enhancing your skills and experience. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the Construction Management team, representing Worley in stakeholder meetings, ensuring compliance with HSE plan, implementing construction management processes, reviewing contractors" programs, resolving issues during construction phase, managing company budget for project construction, and fostering an inclusive environment within the team for career growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Construction Management team to fulfill contractual responsibilities during the construction phase - Represent Worley in meetings with stakeholders - Direct and supervise the assigned staff to meet project requirements - Ensure implementation of HSE plan and promote incident-free efforts - Implement construction management processes and ensure quality standards compliance - Review contractors" programs and advise on work methods - Ensure timely submission of required reports (HSE, Quality, Progress) - Resolve issues promptly during construction phase and monitor corrective actions - Ensure compliance with company's construction methods, procedures, and practices - Manage company budget for project construction and monitor expenditures - Manage interface between various contractors/vendors - Mentor and guide team members for their career growth within the Construction Management team Qualifications Required: - Experienced in driving HSE compliances - Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in construction management processes - Proficient in construction quality management, planning, and progress monitoring - Familiarity with construction methods, processes, systems, and protocols in Oil & Gas and Chemicals Sector - Graduate in Engineering in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering - Minimum 20 years of experience with successful completion of one project as Construction Manager in Oil & Gas or Chemicals Sector - Experience in working as Lead Engineer/Area Manager/Dy.
