: Job Purpose To lead and manage the development, implementation, and optimization of modern, scalable, and cloud-native applications using open-source technologies (React, Node JS, etc.) on Azure. The Senior TM will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery, adhering to industry best practices, and aligning with Hindalco s strategic shift toward open-source technology and cloudification. The role encompasses team leadership, technical excellence, and hands-on contributions to building robust, user-friendly front-end and back-end solutions, with a focus on React JS, Node JS, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices. The candidate will also play a pivotal role in fostering innovation, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams. Ensure hands-on experience in JavaScript, ES6, and its program curriculum. Build and manage user interfaces using React JS workflows, including: Difference between JS and JSX. React JS browser plugins overview. NPM installation (local and global). Introduction of Props and configuration of React. Implementing IIFE in JSX for complex logic and validating data types. Managing states: initialization, updates, and flow. Setup of controlled and uncontrolled form components. SSR with React, including setup and server configuration. Flux and Redux architecture for state management. React server integration and deployment. Cloud and Microservices Management Design, develop, and optimize microservices architectures on Azure cloud. Ensure seamless integration of APIs and scalable solutions. Team Upskilling and Collaboration Conduct training sessions on advanced React JS concepts and best practices. Guide team members in adopting modern frameworks and technologies. Compliance and Security Align developments with ISO 27001 audit requirements. Monitor secure implementation of DevOps pipelines on Azure. Project Monitoring and Delivery Track project milestones, ensuring quality and timely deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and resolve technical challenges. Lead a team of 4-5 technical resources, ensuring skill enhancement through training and effective project monitoring. Facilitate migration from legacy systems to Azure cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization. Implement security measures and processes to meet audit requirements, ensuring adherence to ISO 27001 standards. Implement and manage DevOps practices on Azure, focusing on CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automated deployments. Design, implement, and maintain efficient database structures to support application performance and scalability. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals. Complete all documents required by the Hindalco policies and procedures. To drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the Non-ERP & Mobility and 3 rd party application integrated with Ekayaan. Lead the Non-ERP & Mobility and 3 rd party application integrated with Ekayaan Team that support New Business Intake, Risk Assessment, and Enforce Policy Management Establish policies, procedures, standards, frameworks, tools, practices and templates for project management and related processes. Deployment of ISMS policy/ practices. Implementation of ISO: 27001 standards as per scope. Acting for statutory compliances and Information Security awareness. Coordinate with External and Internal auditors. Security Survey Participation and implementation of corrective actions. Design & Develop IT Management System (ITMS) manual as per ITIL best practices through IT standards i.e., ISO-27001(Information Security), Review & approval of Corrective and Preventive Actions. Implement suitable InfoSec policies - and carry out necessary actions (VA/ PT tests etc. besides strict Access Control policies) to ensure Information Security. Closure of Non-conformance & observation raised during Internal /External Audit. Implementation of Risk Treatment Plan for IT department. Resolve potential security breaches and vulnerability issues in a timely and accurate fashion based on Risk Assessment Plan.
