Job Description

As a Data Analytics Specialist, your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and translating them into comprehensive analytics solutions. You will be responsible for mapping data requirements, creating detailed business logic, and analyzing complex healthcare datasets to develop actionable insights. Utilizing your proficiency in SQL and Power BI, you will develop, implement, and maintain analytics solutions. Timely and accurate delivery of analytics projects, along with effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders, are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, understanding company offerings and leveraging them to meet client needs to increase revenue through engagement is essential. Qualifications we seek in you: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare, data science, or a related field. - Proven experience working with healthcare datasets and developing analytics solutions. - Exposure to work with onshore and offshore models and manage delivery. - Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Very good written and presentation/verbal communication skills with experience in customer interfacing roles. - In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem-solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and a positive attitude. - Experience with other data visualization tools. - Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and methodologies. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the United States healthcare industry.,
