                                As the guiding force behind Medanta's visual identity, your role will involve shaping how Medanta communicates its expertise to the world, ensuring that every design is impactful, sophisticated, and trust-building. Your work will play a significant role in influencing how millions perceive one of India's most respected healthcare brands.  Key Responsibilities: - Lead Creative Strategy: Set the design direction for Medanta's branding and marketing initiatives. - Own Visual Storytelling: Guide the design execution across all assets such as posters, brochures, branding elements, signage, and digital platforms. - Creative Leadership: Mentor and inspire designers to foster a high-performance culture. - Brand Consistency and Evolution: Ensure that Medanta's identity is cohesive, professional, and evolving to meet global healthcare branding standards. - Execute with Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing teams, and external vendors to effectively communicate business objectives. - AI & Future-Ready Design: Stay updated on design innovations, integrating AI-driven tools and processes.  Functional Responsibilities: - Oversee the development of design assets across print, digital, and OOH media. - Direct high-impact branding projects, including ad campaigns, internal branding, and patient education materials. - Create and maintain a cohesive visual identity for Medanta across various platforms. - Collaborate with content teams to produce engaging infographics and visual narratives for complex medical concepts. - Provide guidance on design layouts, typography, color palettes, and overall aesthetic direction. - Review and approve final creative assets before production to ensure top-notch quality.  Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in an agency (preferred) or in-house creative leadership role. - Exceptional portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and marketing collateral. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and elevate the creative output of the team. - Proficiency in Adobe Suite, CorelDraw, and a working knowledge of AI-assisted design tools. - Strategic thinker capable of seeing the big picture and executing with precision. - Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality. - Experience with large-scale branding projects, including OOH advertising, kiosk designs, and environmental graphics. - Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.,
