Manager - Graphic Designer

As a member of the Swiggy Design Solutions team, you will be part of a dynamic group that focuses on creating in-app creatives to enhance user experiences. Your role as a Design Manager will involve leading and inspiring a young team to deliver exceptional design solutions. You will play a crucial role in understanding key business drivers, competitors, and stakeholders" requirements to ensure the success of Swiggy's design initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, or communications, along with at least 7 years of experience as a designer and 3 years of experience managing design teams. Experience in UI/UX design, working on mobile platforms/apps, and proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud are essential.
