Your key responsibilities

  • Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Manager Location - Bengaluru Experience Level: Mid-Senior Year of Exp - 8 to 10 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced software professional to take on a management role focused on client communication, technical support, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user interfaces, managing project timelines, and overseeing bandwidth management while providing technical solutions to team members. This role is crucial for ensuring operational excellence and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Support:
  • Assist team members with technical problems, providing effective solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
  • Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for Power Platform
  • Create Technical specification documents
  • Design and develop user interfaces that meet client specifications and enhance user experience. 2. Process Optimization:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks. 3. Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet established standards and client expectations.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to maintain high levels of service delivery. 4. Client Communication:
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Oversee bandwidth management to optimize resource allocation and project efficiency. Technical Skills:
  • MS Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, OneDrive, Planner
  • Canvas Apps, Deep understanding on Power Automate connectors, Delegation in Power Platform, Power BI complex Dax familiarity, Data modelling, Versioning, SharePoint to Power BI Integration
  • SharePoint advanced management, Performance optimization, SharePoint security and Access groups
  • SQL, Data Analysis, Azure, Service Now
  • Project Management - Scrum Management
  • Agile Methodology and Application Lifecycle Management Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Proven experience in legal and compliance roles
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform principles and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions to technical challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proven experience in a management role with a focus on client communication and technical support.
