Manager Fixed Income

As a Fixed Income Sales Associate at our company, you will be responsible for catering to the fixed income requirements of clients by taking advantage of opportunities available in the primary & secondary bond market. This includes developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer retention. Key Responsibilities: - Meeting with various clients to understand and discuss their debt portfolio, fixed income investment requirements, and risk appetite. - Originating deals from the markets by making daily calls, profiling clients, advising them, and preparing model debt portfolios. - Keeping yourself updated with market knowledge and market intelligence through research reports and important webinars/trainings published and conducted by the company regularly. - Mentoring team members to help them understand the fixed income market and various products in the fixed income space, as well as assisting them in solving their queries. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of the fixed income market and products. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and retaining customers. - Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.,
