Manager Financial Reporting and Consolidation

You will be joining Skan HR, India's leading Defence & Aerospace Search Firm, for a full-time position based in New Delhi. As the Manager Financial Reporting and Consolidation, you will oversee accounting, financial consolidation, and reporting functions. Reporting directly to the Finance Controller, your responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards. You will also be responsible for timely consolidation as per headquarters" timelines, reconciliation of related party balances, and completion of quarterly and annual statutory audits. Additionally, you will prepare various management reports, provide analysis of financial metrics to the Finance Controller and CFO, and ensure proper application of new accounting pronouncements. Your role will also involve implementing digital financial MIS solutions, driving process improvements in the corporate finance environment, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. To qualify for this position, you should hold a CA degree with a minimum of 6-8 years PQE in a MNC Group or a similar role with a top-rated audit firm. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial reporting, and knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards are essential. Experience in digital financial MIS solutions and the ability to lead process improvements are preferred skills for this role.,
