Manager, Finance Systems - Product Owner

You will play a crucial role in the Global Finance Modernization (GF Mod) transformation program at McDonald's as the Functional Solutions Manager for Global Franchising Finance Systems (GFFS). Your primary responsibility will be to liaise with the business, understand their requirements, and translate them into technology needs. Collaborating with technology experts and global process leads, you will develop and test solutions, analyze finance-related processes, and ensure alignment with business goals. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing Global Finance operations and delivering a seamless experience to customers. - Execute on the strategy and roadmap for GFFS, collaborating with technical teams - Deploy changes, provide support in implementation, and ensure adoption of products - Collect and document requirements from global finance stakeholders - Work with technology experts for configuration and optimization of GFFS and related systems - Serve as a functional expert for GFFS, coordinating on questions, solutions, and tools - Evaluate existing finance software tools and recommend enhancements or replacements - Partner with stakeholders to improve system integration and compliance with regulatory standards - Facilitate change management execution and support user acceptance testing - Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps comprehensively - Proven experience in Product Management with a focus on product strategy - Strong understanding of ERP systems and finance systems, including financial statements - Familiarity with the franchise domain is preferred - Experience with ERP systems, knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP is advantageous - Degree in Business, Finance, or Technology preferred - English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4) McDonald's Corporation is one of the world's largest employers, with a presence in over 100 countries.
