Manager, Finance (R2R)

As a Manager, Finance (R2R) at a listed manufacturing company in Gurugram, Haryana, your main responsibility will be to oversee the Record to Report (R2R) process to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will lead a team of accountants and financial analysts, coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, and prepare financial statements and reports. Additionally, you will be involved in implementing and maintaining internal controls, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with other departments to ensure financial data integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the Record to Report (R2R) process for accuracy and compliance - Manage a team of accountants and financial analysts - Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities - Prepare financial statements and reports - Implement and maintain internal controls - Identify and implement process improvements - Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions - Collaborate with other departments for financial data integrity - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies - Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation - Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures - Provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making - Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations - Ensure accuracy of the general ledger and financial statements - Monitor and analyze financial data for trends and variances - Manage reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies - Analyze and review General Ledgers in SAP - Train and mentor team members - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience: - MBA finance/ CWA/ CA Inter - 7-10 years experience in R2R - Intermediate level proficiency in SAP FI - Analytical skill for reviewing General Ledgers - Advanced Excel for data analysis,
