Job Description

The desired candidate profile for the Manager - Finance & Accounts position includes the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, MBA Finance preferred - Good communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting - Experience in handling a team is mandatory - Experience in day-to-day accounting tasks - Previous experience working in a manufacturing company Responsibilities of the Manager - Finance & Accounts role include: - Overseeing all commercial operations and ensuring compliance with regulations - Managing business relationships with financial institutions - Participating in budget preparation, providing necessary inputs, and monitoring variances between budget and actual figures - Planning and coordinating with internal auditors and departments to ensure proper audit processes - Managing insurance policies - Handling indirect tax (GST) and income tax matters - Managing export incentives and grants - Providing inputs for statutory audits and ROC compliance - Controlling fixed assets If you meet the qualifications and have the required experience, you are encouraged to apply for this Manager - Finance & Accounts position.,
