A female manager is required for the day-to-day operations of our laundry store.
You will be in charge of many aspects of the store, including:
Sales: Meeting sales goals and increasing sales
Inventory: Ordering inventory and holding inventory
Staff: Coaching, motivating, and counselling staff, as well as disciplining them
Customer experience: Optimizing the customer experience
Budget: Preparing the annual budget and scheduling expenditures
Records: Maintaining leave and pay records
Supervision: Supervise the store and ensure all departments in the store function properly
Optimum utilization of manpower & Team Development
Customer Satisfaction/ Service, Avoid stock outs, loss of sale
Loss Prevention, Customer Satisfaction & Service
Smooth Stores operation
Statutory Compliances
Working: Mon to Sat
Time: 10 am to 7 pm
Salary: 25K - 30K

Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi
Experience: No Fresher's, at least 3-5 years of team managing experience, having managed a team of at least 5-10 people
Education: Any bachelor’s degree (Graduate) and above.
Proficiency: Should be very well versed with computers and internet.
Age: preferably between 35 – 40 years
