Manager - Expert in Cybercrime and online child sexual abuse (NGO)

Established in 2005, we are a leading child rights protection organisation dedicated to combatting child sexual abuse (CSA) and related crimes, including child trafficking, online exploitation, and child marriage.

Through innovative programmes and a multi-pronged approach, we work to build a child protection ecosystem that prevents crimes against children, supports survivors and their families in seeking justice, strengthens the child protection system, and promotes children’s rights in India. Position: Digital Crime Investigation Specialist (Child Protection)

Key Responsibilities:

• Network and collaborate with Law Enforcement Agencies to build partnerships addressing cybercrimes against children.
• Support and deliver training sessions, workshops, and conferences related to digital investigation of cybercrimes.
• Identify gaps and recommend or develop technical solutions to assist effective investigation and prosecution of digital crime cases.
• Develop software tools to enhance digital crime prosecution efforts.
• Review, draft, and suggest improvements to policies impacting digital child protection.
• Supervise and guide ground-level teams in project implementation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by senior management.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Forensic Science, or a related field (required).
• Advanced degree in Cyber Law, Digital Forensics, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in law enforcement or government sector is highly desirable.
• International exposure or experience working with global organisations and familiarity with child protection issues is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
