OPPORTUNITY

Full Time – Manager - Hospitality & Events

Role:

• Vendor Management - Meet and manage both existing and new vendors. They’re a crucial part of our stakeholder ecosystem and your gateway to building an awesome professional network.
• RSVP Management - Coordinate with guests for confirmations, manage invitee lists, and ensure communication flows smoothly because happy guests = happy events.
• Hospitality Management - Assist with guest hospitality, coordinate with teams, and handle on-site requirements like a pro.
• Project Management - Be the main point of contact for all stakeholders, keeping things running smoothly while sharpening your negotiation and quick-thinking skills.
• Generalist Approach - Adapt to any role assigned, because variety is the spice of event life.
• Software Proficiency - Excel & Google Sheets mastery required - spreadsheets are your playground.

Basically, we are on the hunt for the Queen of multitasking.
