Leading Event and Entertainment company requires - Manager( Business Development)- Event sales - Delhi

One of our client a leading Event and apparel manufacturing company which is around 18 years o and which is running dance academies and apparel manufacturing It is Indias one of the best Dance Academy, in celebrating life with joy and passion. The company is recognized internationally for choreography and artistic performances and from last 20+ years into the world of entertainment and performing arts. It performed at various corporate, public and private events in national and international locations. Known for its unparalleled performances and diverse array of dance offerings, it has been a part of many international events in Dubai, Bangkok, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, to name a few.

We are looking out for Manager ( Business development)- Event sales for our client office in Delhi

Experience: over 4 years of relevant Experience in corporate event sales / marketing, artist management sales, or similar experience

Preferably looking for the candidates from Event sales or from Arts and Entertainment

Compensation- competitive

Role Overview:

As a Senior Sales & Marketing manager, you will be responsible for generating and closing service-based sales,This includes selling dance troupe performance packages for events such as corporate shows, weddings, public events, brand launches, and international gigs.

Key Responsibilities:

-Generate leads and convert them into sales for performance services.
-Engage in cold calling, follow-ups, and client presentations to promote the dance troupe offerings.-Drive sales through digital campaigns, networking, referrals, and on-ground initiatives.-Prepare customized proposals and pitch decks for clients based on event requirements.-Meet event managers, corporate clients, wedding planners, and production houses.-Develop strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.-Identify and capitalize on new event-based sales opportunities.-Achieve and exceed monthly and annual service sales targets.-Maintain daily reporting of activities, calls, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.-Work closely with the operations team to align service delivery with client expectations.-Represent the company in industry forums, expos, and B2B meetings.

 

Skills & Attributes Required:

-Strong B2B and B2C sales experiencein services like event management, entertainment, or hospitality.

-Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

-Confident and presentable personality, able to conduct client-facing meetings.

-Creative thinker with a passion for performing arts and entertainment.

-Comfortable with travel and in-person meetingsto close deals.

 

Preferred Background:

-Experience in event sales, artist booking, corporate entertainment, or wedding sales.
