As a Lead AI Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing Gen-AI solutions, integrating them with existing platforms to enhance analytical capabilities. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. You will monitor and measure the impact of digitalization efforts on operational KPIs. - Designing and implementing robust data models, including semantic layers and knowledge graphs, to establish clear relationships between structured and unstructured data. - Overseeing the deployment of AI-based products and solutions. You will develop Agentic AI systems to facilitate autonomous decision-making tasks and implement advanced prompt engineering strategies for accurate responses from Gen-AI models. - Designing long-term AI-driven frameworks for supply chain optimization, risk mitigation, and sustainability efforts. - Creating comprehensive reports and visualizing data using various advanced visualization techniques. In terms of technical skills, you should be proficient in: - Programming languages such as Python, SQL, PySpark, Pandas, and NumPy. - Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly. - Cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks. - AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and Hugging Face. - Agentic AI & RAG tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector. - Knowledge Graphs like Neo4j and RDF/SPARQL. - Version control systems like Git, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps. Additionally, hands-on experience with automotive datasets is considered a plus.
